Transperth

Phone app redesign. The brief for this assignment was to take an existing application and give it a facelift. I chose TransPerth's public transport app.


Project problem statement:
The currently available Transperth app has a few issues. The design isn’t very engaging, looks dated and bland

Project Goals:
- Redesign so the app is more appealing and less robust.
- User can allow calendar access to alert user of route closures and replacements.
- Add live tracking feature for buses/trains.
- Light/dark mode - added option of automatic transition according to time of day (as can be seen with navigation apps such as  Google maps).
